This year's babies, two does, one buckling and so far no complications for moms or any others in our herd. That has been a relief.

Another very sad day for us, last night we had to say goodby to Rudy, just a young man of 2 years old. He had been fighting a recurring urinary blockage for about 6 months. After various dietary changes and a couple surgeries attempting to correct the problem we had to make that dreadful decision that we couldn't help him further. He was a grand guy, loved to be with his "people" and was about as playful a character as you could meet. Loved him dearly and will miss him.

some very sad and tough news, Rowdy the mother of our 3 new goat kids passed away last night. we do not know what caused this to happen. The labor and delivery seemed fine with no problems after about a week she stopped eating and grew progressively more depressed,after a 2 night stay at the Vet's office with IV she seemed to improve a little, back at home she just continued on a downward slope Janet is particularly saddened, as i am also. She was a real good girl
