Since our Trunk or Treat is today, Saturday 10.26.2024 at 6:00 p.m., we wanted to give everyone a heads up that we are in the middle of some demolition at the barns and so we are asking that everyone take care and stay in the main sections of the barns to avoid any debris! We also ask that you do not feed the horses and please remain out of any barns or paddocks for safety reasons!

To get to the barns, take perimeter road and keep driving past the pond until you see trailers and red buildings on your left (near the AA&E gate) across the road from K-9!

Please park by the trailers.

Please also be aware that we DO have barn cats that work diligently at our barns. They are very loved and very cared for! If you come across one at our event, please leave them be unless they approach you. 🥰

All that being said, be safe, have fun and eat some candy!! 🍫

Happy Spooky Season, Malmstrom! 👻

The Malmstrom AFB Stables are putting on a Trunk or Treat! Our members will be decorating our barns and potentially our horses 🤩 There will be candy and hay rides as well. We hope you can make it!

We are still waiting on the official word from base to make sure we have the most safe and fun time possible, but wanted to make sure everyone can save the date for when we get the go ahead!

We hope to see you there! 🎃

The horses on base are all privately owned! A lot of our boarders are at the barns multiple times a day to take care of our babies ❤️

Want to come take a look? Please do! We welcome everyone to drive around and visit our ponies 😍 However, remember that some of these horses have certain dietary restrictions, so we ask that you do not feed any of the horses on base!

Want to pet the horses? We also ask that you do not pet the horses without owner permission! While we don’t think any of our horses would intentionally hurt anyone, they are 1000-1500 lb animals (with teeth that can do some surprising damage) and we’d feel awful if anything happened.

If you see one of us out there, please come talk to us! Most of the time, we would be happy to let our horses say hi! 🥰

One big plus to this barn that a lot of others don’t have is an overhang 😍
