I have two old ladies who needed some special care so I brought them home during my surgery recovery. It’s been great training for my SDIT Gary. He really loves them but is just starting to get mature enough to handle them. He’s being very sweet and gentile to them and they are NOT being gentle with him 🤣. They are so used to being around Uni and the cat and shoving them around that he is nothing 😆.

Lucky is totaly not using Tati as a bed during medical isolation nooo. The cage is a med cage so these two old ladies have a safe and well insulted place to recover.

Cage cleaning time is much easier with help! I’m on baby sitting duty and my husband is clearing the cages so I can get some extra rat time after the rough week.

I was hoping to just announce the death of BJ and Gray but I found Icon had passed in his sleep. Guess he and Gray couldnt be apart for long. Ill miss my old men but im so greatfull for the time we spent together.
Icon - old age. Enevitable
Bj - ulcer. Spontaneous
Gray - Tumor of the ear/jaw. Spontaneous.
All three of them are in that silly pile. Along with some babies if theres.
