🎉We are happy to announce that we have officially passed our American Animal Hospital Association (AAHA) evaluation! 🎉
Our hospital has been AAHA accredited since 2008, with in-person evaluations every 3 years. We are one of 189 AAHA accredited hospitals in the state of New York!
What does this mean, exactly?
AAHA is the only organization that accredits nonemergency veterinary hospitals throughout the US and Canada on a comprehensive list of standards, ranging from pain management and patient care to team training and practice management. Fewer than 5,000 animal hospitals across all of North America have committed to this voluntary accreditation process, and we’re one of them!
By committing to ongoing evaluation between triennial assessments, AAHA-accredited hospitals like ours ensure our patient-centered approach continues to evolve while maintaining focus on the complete wellbeing of pets entrusted to our care.
