Watts Quarter Horses Watts Breeder of Shoemaker and Skipper W horses and a few Appaloosas I bought my first registered horse in 1967 which was an Appaloosa mare. Leon Freeze.

Watts Quarter horses is a responsible breeder of Wiescamp and Shoemaker (Skipper W) bred horses based in Madisonville, Tn. In 1979 I went to my first Quarter horse sale which was held in Sulphur, Oklahoma at the Turkey Creek Ranch. This is where I became acquainted with life long friend and mentor, Mr. Leon was the owner of a Quarter horse stallion by the name of Handy Nugget. I used many daughte

rs and granddaughters of Handy Nugget in my early breeding program crossing them on two superior halter stallions by name of Skippa Print and Silent Que. In 2009 I purchased the quarter horse stallion that I use today (Beamer's Super Classy). I also maintain a small herd of Appaloosa mares and have an Appaloosa stallion by name of Will He Reflect who is a grandson of Bright Eyes Brother. Our goal is to produce quality Quarter horses and Appaloosas with a focus on temperament, conformation, and structural soundness. We are members of Appaloosa horse club and lifetime members of American Quarter Horse Association. We're happy to answer any questions you may have about our horses. Thanks for visiting!

Where has the time gone? Had 4 really nice foals born this year and have a nice yearling filly which will be broke to ride soon. My breeding program is right where I've always wanted it to be. I have a new stallion which I am going to be using next year. Have a look around our website and see what you think. Our Stallions are super producers.
