Hey Ya'll it's been a minute! We have been busy opening a Teashop! 💐
(I'll have to make another post about that!)

On to this post, We have started making small Batch Colloidal Silver!
I am such a believer in the benefits of this mineral.
We have seen such great testimonies not only in our own life but the lives of those around us from using this mineral!

Went and saw Sarah Woods today at The Health Food Shoppe/Tellico Plains and sipped tea with these sweet ladies! 🫖

So many benefits with Tumeric!

***In order for the body to absorb it better you need to couple it with black pepper!

Here is a recipe for golden milk!
This delicious drink has been prescribed in Asia and India for centuries for the benefits it provides!

In pot bring to a Simmer!

2 cups milk (your choice you can even use dairy free!)
1 tsp tumeric
1/4 tsp cinnamon
Pinch of black pepper
1 tbsp maple syrup or honey
Optional
1/2 tbsp coconut oil
Others spices such as Nutmeg, cardamom, ginger, vanilla extract.

Once combined remove from heat, pour into glass and enjoy!

Farm raised Canned pork! 🐖

I didn't have mamaws and papaws that taught me how to cook, nor did my parents (a couple things, but not much).

Everything I know about Canning, I've had to research and learn by trying and doing!

Don't be afraid to step out of your comfort zone to learn something new!

9 out of 10 times, you'll be glad you had!

My canned pork is 1 of Zac's favorite dishes!

Harvesting just a few things from the garden today!

I wanted to share about potatoes! 🥔

They are 1 of the easiest veggies to grow!

I never have used snips from the store, I have always just used the potatoes in the house that were sitting in my basket and started growing.
I usually put them in a paper bag until they add up and then plant them, yes u will let them sit all year as they will continue to grow in the bag!

You can plant them in almost anything, I've come to know this by experimenting with clay, hay and soil we've put in.

I dug these babies up bc an ant pile was nesting in my box where they were growing.

I'll just replant more snips and wait.

It's that simple.

I've frown them in hay bales, in tires, in raised beds or just right in we'll dug clay.

Share any info you've gathered from growing potatoes.
