Message from the owner, Corinne:

I took over Paws and Claws from my sister when my daughter was 4 months old.

Today, my son is about the same age and it feels like life has come full circle.

During that seven year span, so much has changed. After a lot of reflection and life changes, it is time for me to close this chapter and begin a new one.

Throughout the time my sister and I owned Paws and Claws, our company cared for thousands of pets, hired dozens of caring staff members, and touched hundreds of families. It has been an honor to care for your furry family members and make travel and busy work days easier for you.

My daughter, who is 5, designed a new logo for our company. 😉 What do you think?

I love that she gets so excited about Mommy’s job. She tells me that I am the “best animal take-carer in the world!” She loves to help take care of our two cats, Lucille and Bella.

I took over ownership of Paws and Claws from my sister back in 2019, when my daughter was only 4 months old. My sister was pivoting to doggy daycare and I took over the dog walking/pet sitting business. My kiddo has grown up with an entrepreneur family which I think is pretty cool! (Her grandparents are business owners too!)

Since then, we’ve been through a lot as a company - 2020 was quite the rollercoaster - but our love for pets has been unchanging and I am blessed to share that with my daughter!

This Christmas, we not only cared for 59 pet families- we also were able to step in when a client messaged us frantically they thought they left their iron on when departing for their day trip, in a room full of clothes. Turns out… they were right!!! Our staff member Charlie stepped up and, because we had the client’s door code on file, we were able to head over there turn off the iron right away.

The client hadn’t even requested pet care on Christmas - just an existing client. 😸 thank you, Charlie, for preventing what could have been a potentially dangerous situation!
