🐾 A microchip can make all the difference!

This incredible story is a great reminder that our pets can travel much farther than we ever expect. An Oklahoma woman was recently reunited with her missing dog after he was found more than 1,000 miles away in North Carolina!

It’s also a great reminder to CHECK YOUR PET’S MICROCHIP INFORMATION!

If your pet is microchipped, take a few minutes to make sure your current phone number, email address, and address are associated with the chip. Moving or changing phone numbers? Update that information!

You’ll need your pet’s microchip number. The lookup tool will tell you which registry to contact to verify or update your information.
