🚨🚨Late fees & Last minute appointment fees went into place LAST WEEK! 🗣️

Make sure you are booking your grooming appointments 1-2weeks in advance and make sure you are ON TIME to your appointment at your scheduled drop off and pick up times.

Every minute counts. There is NO grace period due to the grace period being abused in the past.

IF you think you will be late to your appointment CONTACT me and COMMUNICATE 📣with me so I will have Knowledge and maybe, MAYBE I will still accept your appointment for that day!

S/N: every minute you are late cuts into your pets grooming time and also counts as every minute that the grooming schedule for that day is getting set back for other grooming appointments.
