Please Read: seems like i’m getting a lot of no-shows and no-responses to my reminders of your grooming appointments ! i totally understand it’s summer lots of things to do, vacation’s, unexpected emergencies or just forgetting but when you do realize you have missed your appt a call or text would be great (within a reasonable amount of time ). I give you an appointment card (at your grooming appt) i text or call the Sunday before your appointment and at times i’ll shoot you a reminder if your 5 min late! but im not going to continue to track you down. If you can’t make it let me know, if the date doesnt work, let me know! ****going forward: if you miss your scheduled appt you will have to wait till the next one that has been scheduled, if you dont gave one scheduled, then yiu will have to be placed on a waiting list will put your name in the waiting list but can’t guarantee I can get you in!! thank you if you have any questions please contact me
