In the spirit of giving.
"This Year, Pass the Kibble for Petsgiving!" 🐾 🦃

For the entire month of November we are collecting donations for 2 local rescues: Underdog Pet Rescue of Wisconsin, and Misfit Felines. Bring any unopened food or supplies, or shop with us for special deals on select items - we have special BOGO deals we think you'll be very interested in. 😉

We hope to make the holiday season brighter for pets in need!

Happy Furry Friend Friday from us at EarthWise!

Every Friday we share a furry friend to celebrate their cuteness and impeccable manners (or lack thereof)! This week we'll be celebrating Adelaide, and she owns a human named Icah. 🐈

This tiny girl is like, 95% tail and the other 5% is fur. It's everywhere. Bring a respirator. She is probably 5, but ineffable deities don't tend to keep track of that sort of thing. She said she's too busy puppeteering the world's governments to worry about when she acquired physical form. Despite her existence being beyond human comprehension, she still finds time to indulge in her favorite activities, including but not limited to: snuggling under the blankets with her pet human, watching the peasants on the street from her window, and bird watching. She knows something about birds that she's not telling us.

If you'd like your pet to be potentially shared on our page, shoot us a message with their name, a quick blurb about their personality, and your best photo!

📢THIS IS NOT A DRILL!📢

From open to close TOMORROW 10/31, ALL merchandise will earn you DOUBLE POINTS!

We're all hurting a little after putting together what we thought was the best costume at the Halloween party, so why don't you save yourself some money and stop by EarthWise? You're sure to feel better when you cash in those points for $20 store credit or some treats. 😉

We're open from 10am-5pm at both locations - and don't forget, if you bring your pup to either location in costume, we'll give you a free trick-or-treat goodie bag!

We hope to see you there!

📢This just in: Pepita Pumpkin Pops, presented by [probably] one of your favorite chihuahua-like things... Pepita! The resemblance to a real pepita is truly uncanny. If you can't tell the difference, don't even worry about it - I get them mixed up all the time.

Three ingredients. One festive fall treat. Lots of happy wiggles and mouth noises. Pepita Pumpkin Pops are made with plain 100% pumpkin puree, unsalted pepitas, and unsweetened almond butter. Shape them, freeze them, and serve an appropriately sized portion as an occasional treat. You don't even have to make them spherical, that's just the only shape I could think of.

Find the recipe and serving guide here:
https://drmartypets.com/its-national-treat-your-pet-day

Check that your nut butter contains no xylitol or other artificial sweeteners before sharing it with your pup.

Jack-O-Lantern Pumpkin Pops?! 🎃

No tricks - just frozen treats! These jack-o-lantern pumpkin pops combine 100% pumpkin puree, unsweetened applesauce, and dog-friendly, xylitol-free peanut
butter. Mix, pour into molds, freeze, and let the tail-wagging and slobbering begin!

Get the recipe here:
https://mywoof.com/pages/recipes/jack-o-lantern-pumpkin-pops

Always check ingredient labels carefully and serve treats in moderation. Visit your local EarthWise or give us a call if you're unsure about which products are pet-safe.

Your pup called - apparently, someone told them we have a barista on payroll and they want a fall drink too. While we are regretfully lacking in the java department, fret not - we have the perfect remedy.

Treat them to a dog-friendly Pupkin Spice Latte made with a squash topper, pumpkin goat milk, pet-friendly whipped topping, and a little cinnamon! ☕️😍

While we don't carry Primal's Pumpkin Goat Milk or their Awesome Squash Topper in-store normally, we are always happy to special order for no additional cost. Or, If you don't want to go to the trouble, you can also use 100% pumpkin puree and plain goat's milk, which we DO carry. 🙂‍↕️

Find the recipe here:
https://www.primalpetfoods.com/blogs/news/the-pupkin-spice-latte

Serve as an occasional treat and adjust the portion for your dog's size and dietary needs.

Happy Furry Friend Friday from us at EarthWise!

Every Friday we share a furry friend to celebrate their cuteness and impeccable manners (or lack thereof)! This week we'll be celebrating Pepita! This adorable little pumpkin seed is owned by our Shorewood Hills groomer Allie!

Pepita, while seemingly cute and cuddly on the outside, is also a tyrannical lord of the grooming salon. Few dare tread in her domain without the beast exacting a great and terrible price... 1 gajillion pets and belly rubs. She is stern about her tithes, and we would strongly advise against invoking her ire... but like yeah she's pretty cute and cuddly.

If you'd like your pet to be potentially shared on our page, shoot us a message with their name, a quick blurb about their personality, and your best photo!
