This page was made for getting Justice for a horse named PSC.Peppin Lee-aka-Saphira and her owner Renee D. The horse in question was taken under false pretense and distress by one Roxanne Harris of Madison Heights Va., the understanding and agreement (which Ms. Harris did not wait for the owner to write up) was that Ms. Harris was to take care of said horse...with no financial gain involved in it.
.. until Ms. Lambert was kicked out of her home after being beaten by one of the family members and was left with no where to go but to a shelter. Lambert had a stroke back on Jan 11, 2016 and the doctors think she may have had one before then back in December of 2015; which left Ms. Lambert with "Wobbles Disease" meaning that her legs at the time were not holding up under Ms. Lamberts weight at all causing her to fall. So she (Ms. Lambert) left the board and all the equine situations/decissions between her daughter and the person who runs the boarding facility. Lambert had no idea at the time that the board for all 4 horses were behind (all Ms. Lambert owed was $300.00 for her horse Saphira.) so when the woman finally contacted Ms. Lambert (Ms.Lambert still has all text correspondence from the barn owner) she told Ms.Lambert that "sophie" was fine and that she would be able to get the horse and all her tack when she paid up the back board; well needless to say, the horse was taken 3 days later from the property and now the barn owner refuses to give Ms.Lambert her tack back even with the payment in hand. So I ask you, (The public) for your honest opinions and thoughts. There are a lot of accusation's going around about Ms.Lambert that I ask each and everyone of you to keep an open mind about...Ms. Lambert is truly devastated over this whole ordeal and only wants her friend back or in more capable hands. Since this has started Ms.Harris has taken it upon herself to involve the authorities as well as a vet to make her case stand, but Ms.Lambert has not been given this option at all. Thank you.
