Our adoptable pups are ready for love, belly rubs, and maybe even their forever home. Come meet them, say hi to our team, and help us spread some rescue joy in the community!

Meet some of the adorable pups heading to our Dublin adoption event this Saturday! 🐾

🐶 Katsu – A unique little guy who barks at unfamiliar sights but opens up quickly. Treat-motivated, crate-trained, and loves to dance on his back legs like nobody's watching.

🐶 Biscuit – The ultimate cuddlebug! This puppy is friendly, affectionate, and always ready for snuggles and belly rubs. She’s looking for a forever family to grow up with!

🐶 Maribell – Sweet, silly, and sensitive. She’s great with other dogs and does well on leash. Still working on potty training, but this treat-motivated girl is eager to learn and loves her stuffy toys!

🐶 Addy – Our slipper-stealing, zoomie-spinning queen! Addy has a spirited personality and thrives as the one-and-only dog in the home. She's strong, smart, and full of love for her people 💕

In Loving Memory of Ryley Savannah Wood
December 16, 2003 – June 10, 2025

This week, FMAS received a generous $10,000 donation made in honor of Ryley Savannah Wood, a young woman whose heart, kindness, and love for animals left a lasting impression on everyone who knew her.

Though Ryley did not have a direct connection to our organization, her compassion for animals and her time spent volunteering at the SPCA spoke volumes about the kind of person she was — gentle, thoughtful, and deeply caring.

Her family asked that donations be made in her memory to animal charities close to the hearts of others. We are humbled to have been chosen to receive this gift and are committed to using it to help animals in Ryley’s name, carrying forward the love and compassion she so freely gave in her life.

Our deepest condolences go to Ryley’s family, friends, and all those grieving her loss. Her light will continue to shine through every life touched by the kindness done in her memory.

Rest gently, Ryley. Your legacy of love lives on.

🚨 URGENT FOSTER NEEDED 🚨

A mama dog and her four tiny puppies were just dumped—and they desperately need a safe place to land. 💔

The pups are too young to be separated from their mom, so we’re looking for a foster who can take in all five for now. Mama is incredibly sweet, and the babies are brand new to this world. We will provide all necessary supplies—food, potty pads, and more.

Let them know you’re available to foster the mom and her puppies.

🐾 FOSTER NEEDED: Two Siamese Kittens 🐾

We’re looking for a foster home for two sweet Siamese kittens, around 10 weeks old. They’re currently being treated for a mild respiratory infection, so supplies and medications will be provided.

If you’re able to help care for them until they’re healthy and ready for adoption, we’ll provide everything you need and be here to support you.

What a day in Fresno! Yesterday’s adoption event ended with happy tails all around: Juno, Tilly, and Boots left with their forever families, and Trixie trotted off to a wonderful foster-to-adopt home—fingers crossed she’ll be officially adopted soon!

We’re especially thrilled that Juno and Tilly were adopted together; their bond was obvious to everyone, and we’re grateful their new family saw it too.

Thank you to every supporter, and visitor who stopped by to say hello, share a smile, and cheer these pups on. Your kindness makes moments like these possible. Here’s to many more wagging tails and joyful beginnings!

🚨 Crate Recall – We Need Them Back! 🚨

If you've borrowed a crate from us for vet appointments, spay/neuter transport, Bay Area trips, or adoption events, please return it as soon as possible.

These crates are critical for moving our foster animals safely. If you’ve recently fostered and no longer need a crate to transport your foster pet back and forth, we’re asking you to return it right away so we can clean and prep it for the next rescue in need.

Every crate matters, and the sooner we get them back, the better. Thank you for being part of this life-saving work! 💙🐾

🎉 Meet a few of the adorable pups joining us at our Fresno Adoption Event this Saturday, June 14th from 10:30 AM – 2:30 PM at PetSmart (3220 W Shaw Ave, Fresno, CA 93711)!

🐾 Grumpy – Don’t let the name fool you, this boy is all sunshine and tail wags! Grumpy is calm for a pup, totally loves attention, and is already letting his foster know when he needs to go outside. He’s a sweet, happy guy just looking for a lap to love.

🐾 Juno – This bouncy, happy girl LOVES kids, dogs, and has a lot of fun-loving energy! She walks on leash (still learning) and is crazy for toys she can chew. She’s never met a stranger—just new friends she hasn’t zoomied around yet.

🐾 Tilly – Friendly, playful, and fantastic with kids, dogs, and even cats! Tilly walks on leash, knows basic commands, and is all about playing fetch and tug-of-war. She’s a smart girl with a heart of gold.

🐾 Not at the event but still up for adoption... Biscuit!
This sweet, squishy pup is full of love and ready for her forever home. Biscuit is super friendly, cuddly, and everything you’d want in a perfect puppy package. She’s a total lovebug who melts hearts everywhere she goes.
