Update- Diamond & Cole have been patiently waiting to be adopted at our Pleasant Ridge store for 3 months now. Everybody loves them, as they are both extremely friendly and engaging with customers. Yet nobody has made a move to adopt them.
If you missed my previous posts, here's a little bit of information about Diamond and Cole:
🐈Diamond: 2-3 y.o. Mother to Cole. Extremely affectionate, loves to be brushed, will be a great lap cat.
🐈‍⬛Cole: 1 1/2 y.o. Less affectionate than his mother, but extremely sweet and loves belly rubs. He would love a cat friend to play with.
Both cats are extremely sweet and LOW MAINTENANCE. They demand very little and don't get into any mischief whatsoever. Neither cat is a fan of dogs🐕, but Cole is somewhat interested in them and could probably coexist with a dog.
Diamond & Cole are not a bonded pair and do not need to be adopted together. They are both fixed, up-to-date on vaccines, and in perfect health.
Their adoption fee is $125 each.

Last week, Argos Pet Food & Supply donated 2,000 lbs of dog food to Cincinnati Animal CARE to support the 300 dogs currently in their care.
While this donation will likely last only about 1-2 weeks, we're proud to help provide nourishing meals for these pups as they wait for their forever homes.
Every dog deserves a full belly and the chance to thrive!! Thank you to Cincinnati Animal Care for the INCREDIBLE work you do caring for our community's animals!

90% of owners don't want to be in a room with a dying animal. People leave so that they don't see their pet leave. But they don't realize that it's in these last moments of life that their pet needs them most.

Veterinarians ask owners to be close to the animals until the very end. ′′It's inevitable that they die before you. Don't forget that you were the center of their life. Maybe they were just a part of you. But they are also your family. No matter how hard it is, don't leave them.

Dont let them die in a room with a stranger in a place they dont like. It is very painful for veterinarians to see how pets cannot find their owner during the last minutes of their life. They dont understand why the owner left them. After all, they needed their owner’s consolation.

The specialist answered without hesitation that it was the hardest for him to see how old or sick animals look for their owners with the eyes of their owners before going to sleep.
