Good morning and happy Friday!! 🖤
I just want to say THANK YOU to everyone for keeping me so busy and letting me help you out with your pups. Y’all have been keeping me so busy that at this time I’m unable to take on any new clients. I wish I had an extra set of arms and the time in the world so I could do even more but unfortunately I don’t 🤷🏻‍♀️
At the moment I’m almost filled up for June so I need to make sure all of my regular 5-8 week clients are able to rebook and stay on schedule.

I’m also trying to get back to not working 6 days, this groomer is burnt out and needs a healthier work-life balance. 🥰

On May 16th Maddock will be having their vet clinic from 3:00-6:00 and I will also be in the salon at that time offering nail trims at the cost of WHATEVER YOU WANT! 🥳 All donations will be going to Ares & the K9 program!

🚔🐾 Benson County K-9s: Small Budget, Big Results – and BIGGER Goals! 🐾🚔

Since launching our K-9 program in 2021, we’ve been putting in BIG work with a small budget—leading the region in successful K-9 tracks for both criminals on the run and missing persons in need. These four-legged officers are out there sniffing out trouble (literally), and we do it while stretching every dollar.

We train regularly with our partners at surrounding agencies, because teamwork makes the dream work (and the bad guys easier to catch). But here’s the deal—our K-9 unit relies on donations to stay sharp, equipped, and ready for action.

🐕‍🦺 DID YOU KNOW?
✔️ Our K-9 teams train an average of 25–35 hours per month—mostly off duty and on their own time.
✔️ To remain on the streets, K-9 teams must certify once a year to meet national standards.
✔️ It costs approximately $17,500 to fully train and equip a K-9 and handler—including certification, gear, and ongoing training.

💰 How can you help?
A little goes a long way in keeping our K-9s geared up and trained. Your support ensures they have everything from training aids to protective vests and even the occasional tennis ball (trust us, it’s serious business).
