We have a critical situation on our hands and desperately need your help. We have a beautiful, loving Siamese cat, Ida who needs to get out of our shelter immediately. Today, Ida, was diagnosed as diabetic. She had bloodwork done today and otherwise she is in good health. In a home environment this is not a critical situation, but in a shelter it is. Ida must get 2 insulin injections daily. Since they need to be 12 hours apart, you see our problem. We are getting the insulin and syringes tomorrow to start her on the injections. We really need for someone to open their heart and home for this sweet girl. Ida is one of the sweetest cats you will ever meet. She is approximately 7 years and loves people. Yes, she does talk; however, she doesn't have any of the attitude her breed is known for. Ida, is spayed, negative for FIV/FeLV, up-to-date on FVRCP and rabies vaccinations. She's been wormed and kept on monthly flea meds. We are waiving the adoption fee for this special girl for the right home. Ida has been let down twice in the past few months. First, she was dumped - no carrier - just put out in front of our shelter. We had Ida, vetted and a few weeks ago, we thought she had an awesome home. Long story short, she ended up at Warner Robins Animal Control. When we contacted the adopter (all of our cats are microchipped), they said she liked being outside and they didn't think she was right for them. Don't get me started on that one. PLEASE can anyone give Ida the furever home she deserves? I promise you will love her. If you are interested in Ida or know anyone that would be a great home for her, please send us a private message. We will contact you within hours.

Five adorable kittens went to their furever homes today. Congratulations, brothers Forte and Clef, Huskie, Jem, and Louie. So happy for these kitties and their new families.

This post is a little late, but we've had some PAWSOME adoptions the last few weeks. Congratulations, Weezer, Charmaine, Meme, Soda, Queen, Rock, Lullaby, Oscar, Doodle, Allegro, Doodle, Lillian, Chow, and sisters Teacup and Poodle. We're so happy for these wonderful kitties.
