🚨 IMPORTANT NOTICE TO THE CITY OF LYTLE AND SURROUNDING AREAS 🚨

We kindly ask residents not to pick up stray animals and transport them to other locations. While we understand the desire to help, moving stray animals can make it much more difficult for them to be reunited with their owners. Many lost pets stay close to the area where they went missing, and relocating them reduces their chances of finding their way home.

Additionally, transporting unfamiliar animals can pose safety risks to both people and pets. If you find a stray animal within the City of Lytle, please contact Lytle Animal Care and Control so we can respond appropriately and help ensure the best possible outcome.

If a stray animal is found outside the City of Lytle, please contact the designated animal control agency, shelter, or local authority responsible for that area.

By working together and allowing animal control professionals to handle stray animal situations, we can better serve our community and help reunite more pets with their families.
