🐾Grooming Policy Update 🐾
Effective immediately, all grooming clients will be required to maintain a regular schedule of 4-, 6-, or 8-week appointments. I will no longer be able to accept pets that have not been groomed by me within the past 8 weeks. (Please note: this policy does not apply to shaved cats.)
For pets that receive bathing services less frequently, it is still important to schedule routine nail trims between grooming appointments. Nails should typically be trimmed every 4–6 weeks to maintain a healthy length and help prevent discomfort or related issues.
These changes are being implemented to better support your pet’s comfort and overall well-being, as well as to maintain the quality of care and the condition of grooming equipment. Consistent grooming helps pets become more comfortable with the process and ensures proper maintenance of their coat, skin, and nails.
