Reminder our last October outside group dog training class will be this Sunday at 4pm. We will try November classes if the weather allows.

Location: Lynn Center IL

Instructor: Kim Lindquist; 30 years of professional dog training experience; specializing in obedience training & behavior work.

Class: Pet owner focused obedience class to work on the commands needed to make your day to day time with your dog go better. A large focus on how to deal with behavior issues brought up in each class by clients attending each class.

Who can attend: These classes are open to any dog owner who has attended enough previous training with myself, Chase or Julie from Contented Canines that they understand our concepts of how to train a dog. The #1 most important understanding is that dog food is the #1 teaching tool. Dogs must have good dog food motivation & work ethic to attend these classes. These classes are open to Level 1, 2, or 3 dogs. Each dog will work at its own level.
* If you are interested in these classes, but feel YOU need more training & info prior to attending please contact me (Kim) to set up a private lesson.

UPCOMING CLASS: Sun. Oct.12th 4pm
* plan on at least 1 hour
* these classes are held outside weather permitting. You must rsvp to Kim each posted date. If weather is questionable a text will be sent to those who have signed up for that date.

Cost: $15/dog per class: cash or check(to On the Farm)

* our farm is large, you are welcome to come a little early or stay a little longer to walk your dog on our trails. If coming early please let me know.

In case I missed anyone with my dogfest confo email, heres some basics about tomorrow:

We look forward to seeing you all tomorrow On the Farm. Email me: [email protected] if you need the address.

Please park on grass, as you pull in driveway, on left side, perpendicular to the driveway.

This is a VERY casual event. Time 4pm - ? (leave any time you need). You do not need to be here at 4, just don't come before 4pm. We will eat around 5pm.

This is a potluck picnic. We provide the hamburgs and hotdogs(buns, ketchup, mustard, pickles, cheese). We provide plates, napkins & plastic utensils. You bring whatever food (Side or dessert) you want to share. Food will be located in the red training barn. This is also the bathroom location. This building will have ac on.

Bring a chair & your drink(alcoholic beverages are fine). Your dog is welcome to attend, but doesn't have to.

You are welcome to walk our trails, you really can't get lost. Stay on clearly mowed trails. You do not have to pick up dog p**p out on trails.

You are welcome to let your dog play in one of our large fenced areas. Dogs MUST be dog friendly & supervised at ALL times.

Please use the p**p scoops to pick up dog p**p. Place p**p in one of our many buckets. Please do not bag the p**p.

And most of all HAVE FUN!!!

DOGFEST ON THE FARM - come out & enjoy the outdoors with/or without your dog. Eat some great food. Walk our beautiful trails thru pasture & timber.

WHAT IS DOGFEST:
Dogfest is a huge potluck dinner for dog owners to enjoy amazing food & then a time for dogs to run, play, & owners to take a walk with their dogs on our mowed trails thru our acreage. At dusk we'll light a fire & roast s'mores.

WHO'S INVITED:
ALL previous Contented Canines clients(& staff), your dogs & your family. ALL On the Farm clients, your dogs & family.

DATE & TIME:
Sunday Sept. 14th
4pm until ... we're all tired....
Dinner will start around 5pm
