Friendly reminder!

Beginning at 6 p.m. (ET) on our page, you can watch biological science technicians from Cape Hatteras National Seashore excavate a recently hatched loggerhead sea turtle nest on Ocracoke Island! 🐢 While the biological science technicians perform their examination of the nest, a park ranger will present a program on sea turtles and share what they have found.

“Wanted to share what my Dad and his buddy caught at Lake Cherokee yesterday!

I wanted to add this so folks can understand...

They had 2 rusk county wardens come out. He is expected to be close to 200 years old. He was RELEASED back into the lake unharmed.

I believe the location for this one is near or around ore city, Texas. Only stating this because I thought maybe it was Cherokee lake in East Tennessee. Either way what an awesome catch.
