Letting everyone know we are safe. The fire is on the other side of the river burning East South East. At this point we’re are not at any risk and i dont see that changing. I appreciate everyone reaching out. 💜💜

Mom, grandma, the animals and I are all okie dokie.

The wind, however, knocked over one of the trees in the middle of the field just before I got home from Dallesport and it must have fallen just before I pulled up because the horses were all moved away from it looking at it like “what the f**k was that for” 😂 took them about an hour to convince themselves it was ok to approach and start eating the trees leaves.

The Howard family would like to send our condolences and support for the family’s who have lost their homes and animals. You are all in other thoughts and prayers. Everyone else stay safe.

On that note have an evacuation plan for yourselves and your animals. Make a list a list of necessities to take, a plan for your animals and a place to take them if and when it’s needed. A good friend of mine and i say say, “premature evacuation will reduce the consequences of procrastination.” At level one start moving if you have animals. Make a summer go bag with all the animals necessities and yours and have it ready to go.

UPDATE: this is actuallyly the female and her name is Mia. Males name is jack. Theyre 6 year old brother and sister.

This kitty and his sisters human died and they desperately need a home. They’re fixed, use litter box, sweet but shy to new people. Theyre bonded and need to go together. Theyre located in klickitat and can be picked up or I can transfer to their their new home. If you can give them a new human and home please reach out. I’m looking for a small indoor space in the Dalles I could set up a “store” until Christmas to sell crystal braclets I’ve made and other cuteness for Christmas stuff and things. I’m thinking an available space down town that could be donated for a couple weeks until Christmas kind of thing.
