Today’s lunch for the flock was quite colorful. Peppers, julienned sweet potatoes, carrots, broccoli, 4 day sprouted mung beans, chopped hard boiled egg with cilantro, kiwi, blackberries, apples, strawberries, grapes, wild brown rice + tumeric powder, barley powder & bee pollen
