Hi friends🦮🐕‍🦺🦜🐈🐈‍⬛! Just an update for all of you regarding the next wk & a half.

Few more updates: If you have an appt with us, please call from your car when you arrive as we are not having clients wait in the waiting room. As soon as we have an exam room ready, your technician will come out & get you& your baby(ies) & bring you inside☺️. We kindly ask that if you have recently been sick or are feeling sick that you let us know & we will provide you with a mask or the option to wait in your vehicle. Curbside service is still available if you would rather not go in with your pet.

Our staff are still masking as we are a very small staff with a LOT of responsibility to you & your fur babies & if even 1 of us gets sick & can’t come to work, it makes a huge impact on the practice.

Aside from the next week & a half, our regular business hours are M-F, 9am-5pm.

Hello friends! Just wanted to quickly update you on our new office protocol: We are now allowing 1 client per appointment to come in the bldg w/their pet as long as you wear a mask😷👍🏽! You still call us from the car when you arrive &we will come out & get you as soon as we have an exam room ready for you. We thank you SO, SO, SO much for your patience, understanding, & continuation in cooperating with our various protocols over the last 2.5 years. We’re SO happy to be able to have clients back in the bldg again & we hope you all come to see us! As stated before, we are still requiring masks as we do have some compromised staff members, staff members who experienced extreme loss during Covid, & are a VERY small staff -meaning if ONE of us gets sick we can’t function at our best as a hospital. So again: THANK YOU!!! Can’t wait to see you!! 🐶🐱🦜🐩🐕‍🦺🐹🐰🐈‍⬛🐾💗💗💗💗💗

Happy Friday! Just wanted to update all of you: Our entire phone system was damaged in a power surge recently. We are in the process of having the system replaced, but are currently down to only 1 phone line (813)979-1955 as opposed to our normal 3. We are actively working to rectify the situation so as to be able to meet your furry friend’s needs as quickly & efficiently as possible, but until then we ask for your patience if it takes you a bit longer to get in touch with us. As always we are so grateful & thankful for every single one of you & appreciate you immensely! Happy Holidays to all! 🐾🎄🎅🏽

Hello friends! We hope this post finds everyone healthy & well! Just wanted to update you all on a few things: 1st: if anyone tried to reach us by phone, email, or ANYTHING today (Thurs 7/29) there was an outage in our area & everything was down😩. We apologize for the inconvenience& hope Spectrum has everything back up& running by tomorrow🤞🏽! 2nd: I haven’t given an hours update recently, so currently we are doing M: 9am-3pm & Tue-Fri: 9am-5pm. We have not resumed boarding & are unsure of when we will be offering that service again given the unpredictability of these times. 3rd: We are still operating curbside only. With Covid numbers skyrocketing & a new wave upon us, it is our 1st& foremost priority to keep not only our clients but our staff 100% safe. We are asking that when you are interacting w/your Technician or Dr, you wear a mask to ensure everyone‘s safety♥️ We’ll get through this together folks, & in the meantime please snuggle your fur babies & give them hugs& kisses from us! Thank you for your endless support & understanding♥️🐾

We are continuing curbside service for your protection & ours, & masks are MANDATORY when communicating w/any Dr or staff member. Happy weekend, all! Just updating everyone on our protocol: We are open M-F 9a-3p. Curbside service is remaining in place & we are not allowing clients in the bldg. We’re not doing any boarding due to our reduced hrs& MASKS ARE MANDATORY FOR ALL. Thank you for continuing to support us & trust us with your babies even during these uncertain times-we appreciate you all SO MUCH❤️🐾

Happy weekend, friends! Quick update: our hours are still Mon-Fri 9a-3p/closed Sat&Sun. We’re still not doing any boarding until further notice, continuing w/our curbside protocol, & masks are still MANDATORY for anyone coming up to our window. Thank you ALL for hanging in there & being patient w/us!! You’re so VERY appreciated! ❤️🐾

Happy weekend to all our clients💓! Due to the uptick in our state’s Covid cases, our hours next wk & until further notice will be M-F 9a-3p. We are trying to limit our Dr& staff exposure while still taking care of all your furry babies! *Reminder to plz wear/bring a mask for your appt* & we are still doing “curbside” operations until further notice.
