Shepherd Scoop Service Policies & Membership Info
Hey Shepherd Scoop family! 👋
We want to make sure every visit is smooth, reliable, and stress-free. Here’s everything you need to know about how our services work:
📅 Cancellation & Rescheduling
• Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule.
• Cancellations within 12 hours of your visit may incur a $10 fee.
• If we arrive and can’t access your yard (locked gate, dog outside, etc.), it will count as a missed visit/no-show and may still be charged.
💳 Payment & Membership Policy
• All services must be paid online at booking through our secure Wix system.
• Monthly memberships auto-renew every 30 days unless canceled before your next billing cycle.
• No contracts — cancel anytime!
• Refunds aren’t issued for missed visits or same-day cancellations.
🚪 Access Policy
• You don’t need to be home during your visit.
• Please ensure gates are unlocked and dogs are safely inside.
• If access is blocked or unsafe, the visit may be marked as completed and charged.
🧹 Condition Policy (Up-Charge Notice)
• If your yard has heavy buildup or multiple weeks of waste, it will be upgraded to a Neglected Yard Rescue rateto cover extra time and disposal.
• A $7 condition fee may also apply for extended cleanup.
• You’ll always be notified before any additional charges.
📏 Yard Size Policy
• Please select the correct yard size when booking.
• If your yard is larger than selected, pricing will be adjusted to the correct rate plus a $7 adjustment fee.
• Membership pricing will be updated accordingly moving forward.
☀️ Weather Policy
• We work year-round, including light rain and mild winter weather.
• If weather is unsafe (lightning, heavy rain, snow, or ice), your visit will be rescheduled at no cost.
💵 Refunds & Credits
• Cancellations made 24+ hours in advance can be credited toward a future visit.
• Same-day cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable.
• In rare cases (service error or extreme weather), credits may be issued at Shepherd Scoop’s discretion.
