Junie is a sweet young kitten with the cutest round face and a soft, shy nature that will melt your heart. About 18 weeks old, she’s still finding her confidence, but once she knows she’s safe, her affectionate side shines through.

Though a bit reserved at first, Junie truly enjoys being held and gently petted, quietly soaking up attention from people she trusts. She’s a classic orange tabby, complete with the signature “M” on her forehead. Her mama was a lovely diluted tortie.

Junie would do best in a calm, patient home where she can blossom at her own pace and reward you with gentle affection and sweet companionship.

One of our cat fosters found a dog and couldn’t say no; so, meet Charlie!

Charlie is an 18-month-old male shepherd mix with the sweetest soul you could imagine. His New Mexico fosters first met him when he was found at a park happily playing with children—an early sign of the gentle, loving dog he is.

Charlie has that wonderful young-dog energy and playful spirit, but what matters most to him is feeling safe and loved. He’s the kind of dog who will quietly rest his head on your knee while you watch TV, or wander over just for a reassuring pat on the head, as if to check that all is well in his world.

He’s fully house-trained and does great with routine. At night, he happily sleeps in his crate beside his people’s bed, content just knowing he’s close. While he still has plenty of puppy moments, one look into his thoughtful eyes reveals an old soul who’s deeply tuned in to the people he loves.

Charlie would thrive in a home where he can get both affection and activity—and in return, he’ll give endless loyalty, gentle companionship, and a heart full of love.

Hey, everyone.

Sadly, it has come to our attention that our name, information, and address have been used in a monetary scam.
We had a lovely couple show up at one of our foster houses asking for a maincoone cat they had spent several months paying 1500$ for. They told us that they went onto a website that looked very similar to this page, and had been paying through Apple Pay for this cat.

We are incredibly sad for this couple, as well as the idea that someone would use our non profit to scam other people.

We would like to add information to help prevent others from this:
- we don’t have purebred cats. We get them as orphan bottle babies 0 to 4 weeks old brought to us from throughout Lubbock.
- our adoption fee is 175$ to cover vetting fees. We would never ask for a 1500$ payment. We are a non profit that seeks to save kittens lives, not profit from adoption fees.
-at this moment we do not have a website up and running.
