Most rescue dogs aren’t returned because they’re “bad dogs”. They’re returned because the first few weeks weren’t handled the right way.

Before adopting, focus on these three essentials: crate training, clear rules and boundaries, and leash training. A little structure, patience, and consistency can make all the difference in helping your new dog feel safe and succeed in their forever home. 🐾
