This job involves being responsible for the first impression given to a client (whether over the phone or in person). This role rquires interfacing between the doctor(s), vet techs, clients, patients and other veterinary practices.

Requirements:
-Customer service experience
-Excellent communication skills
-Organization and administrative skills.
-Professional
- Must have multitasking skills.
-Positive, energetic and empathic with all of our clients
-Should be able to stay calm in the midst of pressure.
- Team player
- Bilingual is a plus, but not required.
- Must love animals.

We’ve known Zach since his high school days, and it’s been such a joy to watch him grow and into an incredible equine veterinarian. Today, he brought to Anzer “Bison” (6 week old kitten), and moments like this remind us why we love what we do.
