The first Haunted Flower workshop of the year was a success! We had a few hijinks, but after several months of planning and all-nighters, we had a blast of a time with everyone. We loved the playful chatter, the witch hats…and the AMAZING centerpieces.

Hi everyone! We have just a few weeks left until our last two workshops, and we are almost full. Buy tickets now if you want to go before they run out!!

Guests make a spooky flower centerpiece in a haunted Victorian seance parlor.

👻 Will there be snacks? Yes. It is our firm belief that no event is complete without snacks. You can also bring your own.

👻 Will there be scares? Absolutely. You will be in a haunted Victorian seance parlor the entire time you are making your centerpiece. We do expect…disturbances. (But please note we do not have live actors.)

👻 Do I get to take the vase home? Yes. The vase is yours. As are the ghosts.

👻 Will there be someone to help me with my centerpiece? Yes. Our farmer-florist will be there the entire time to guide the experience and help you with your centerpiece if you have questions.

Is it time to introduce ourselves? I think it’s time to introduce ourselves!

Hi, everyone. We’re Blackwood Manor Farms, an equestrian and flower farm on a small Victorian estate run by an all-women family. Think Little Women, but smaller (and just as loud). We live the cottagecore life with a (healthy?) dose of mad fantasy. We moved to our farm – a little Victorian with four apple trees and a stream – years ago with the goal of sharing that beauty and whimsy with all of you, and we’re so happy we get to do so!

Even in all this summer heat, it is nice to be able to pick flowers barefoot with such a blue sky. We won’t miss 90 degree temps when fall comes, but we will miss the lisianthus flowers for certain 🥰

Honestly, it’s practically fall already. 🤷‍♀️ We’re super psyched about our haunted flower workshop in October!! Guests get to make a spooky fall flower arrangement in a haunted Victorian seance parlor. There will be interruptions of the supernatural kind. 💀 So bring the pumpkin spice latte gang and check us out, because Christmas in July is over.
