Sweet Maggie has truly been part of the family from the very beginning. Through every change, challenge, and even a pandemic, she has remained one of the most loyal and consistent members of our swimming community. Week after week, she arrives ready for her swim, tail wagging and spirit shining bright.

It’s hard to say who enjoys these sessions more — Maggie or all of us who get the privilege of seeing her every week. Dogs like Maggie remind us why we love what we do, and her presence has brought so much joy over the years. We’re incredibly grateful to have been part of her journey and look forward to many more swims together. 🐾

Over the past few weeks, we’ve made some exciting updates to our pool! We’ve installed a brand-new liner and replaced all the protective lattice to help prevent damage and keep everything in great shape.

While some of our improvements may not be immediately visible, they’re all part of our commitment to providing a safe, enjoyable space for you and your dogs.

We’re still adding the final touches, so things may look a little unfinished in spots. Please pardon our dust, but we’d love to see you and your pups soon!

We are bracing for another round of dangerously cold temperatures this coming weekend. With forecasted high temperatures below zero and wind chills reaching –35°, it may be necessary to close the pool for the safety of your dogs. Please stay tuned for any closure announcements.

If you are planning to swim this weekend—and many of you are—we ask that you take extra precautions to keep your dog safe and warm. Bundle them up in a coat or blanket, spend extra time thoroughly drying them before leaving, and minimize any outdoor time at home until they are completely dry.

This is amazing!

In Hawaiian culture, you are not considered the pet's "owner". You are their KAHU. Kahu has many meanings, among them guardian, steward, beloved attendant, basically someone entrusted with the safekeeping of a precious, cherished, loved one. What a kahu protects is not property. It’s much more.
What they protect is a part of their soul.
