Kimberly Page thank you so much for the comments below. Romeo was so lucky to have you as his mom. I learned so much from him and he was such an easy-going patient to work with. I love this picture of him. He was such a handsome boy.

Louisa P**n is absolutely, hands down, the best vet on the planet! My only regret is that I didn't meet her sooner. It is so evident that she truly cares for her patients and will do anything in her power to provide them with the best possible quality of life.
This was my baby, Romeo! From the beginning he was dealt a pretty tough hand. He had arthritis in his front legs and Wobblers disease that caused him to be in an incredible amount of pain. The vets I had been to in the past had told me that he was fine, with minimal pain, and had an odd walk simply because of the arthritis. Dr. P**n, within our first ever visit, was able to tell me that his pain level was far above what I expected and told me the steps I needed to take. Keep in mind this was before any kind of X-rays or anything! She is so amazingly knowledgable and in tune with the animals! She was honest with me about the prices and what I was getting into, but she never made me feel guilty if there was something I couldn't afford and that was something I really respected about her. She always worked with me on cheaper options, instead of taking advantage of a bad situation like other vets would have.
Romeo was part of her rehabilitation certification and his quality of life improved more than I could have ever expected. Dr. P**n had a huge variety of exercises that we could do during sessions and at home. In addition, he did laser therapy, acupuncture, and the underwater treadmill. I was skeptical at first if these things would actually make a difference but they really did.
Dr. P**n was with me up until the end and she was honest with me when it was time to put him down. Of course she left the choice completely up to me, but as an owner sometimes its hard to make that choice alone.
I have the utmost respect for Dr. P**n! I can say with absolute certainty that she is the reason my baby lived as long as he did.

This is Seamus at his new feeding station at Dr. P**n's recommendation. Simple changes like this really helped his arthritis and overall body stance.
