Hi Pat! My name is Makayla, I am just reaching out to tell you how impactful one of your pieces has been for me, specifically “Stick With Me”. I recently went through a hard break up forcing me to leave my two dogs and moving. After getting some ducks in a row I just started a job at an Animal ER and after walking into one of the rooms I stumbled upon “Stick With Me”! The two pups that I had with my ex were a Great Pyrenees and a Red Golden Retriever. It was in that moment that I knew everything was going to be okay. I can not tell you how much I needed a sign and your art gave that to me. Thank you ❤

Stroke Survivors attended for the third year through MCR hosting a wonderful day of painting. I am honored to be selected to make this happen. In June there will be an art show at Medical Center of The Rockies. Thank you everyone that helped out!

A great time teaching a 2hour class in painting an 8 x 10" of your favorite animal. I LOVE seeing everyone's different styles. We stayed a bit later than the normal class time but look what they did! Class sign ups for classes this quarter are available on LovelandMuseum.org

The National League of Cities, Washington DC have chosen Loveland as one of only 3 cities in the USA to interview me (and a few others) about the Stroke Awareness program I have done for two years in collaboration with UC Health stroke survivor heroes. I am so proud of The Loveland Museum for giving me this opportunity to possibly expand this program.
