I love a good springtime walk—so many new smells, fresh air, and cool trails to explore! But let me tell ya… keeping me on a leash isn’t just about following the rules—it’s for my own good!

🐍 My friends Shaggy and Goobs have met their fair share of rattlesnakes on the trails. Trust me, those slithery guys do not want to be friends.

🦨 And don’t even get me started on skunks… One curious sniff and BOOM—you’re stinking up the house for weeks.

🐕 Not every pup we meet is friendly, either. Staying on leash keeps everyone happy and safe!

Expectation: Fresh air, sunshine, pure relaxation. 😌🌿
Reality: Someone else’s leash-reactive dog just spotted you, and now you're part of a WWE main event. 🐶💥🎤

Life lesson? Not everything that looks peaceful stays that way—stay aware, stay flexible, and always have an escape route. 😅

Also, a reminder: One reactive dog can ruin everyone’s walk. It stresses your dog out unnecessarily and can even teach them to feel anxious on walks. Train your pup, give space, and keep the peace. 🙏🐾
