Miss Lady (the adorable little Pomeranian 💕) and Tillie (her sweet Poodle sister 🐩) have been enjoying their drop-in visits with Raven’s K9 to 5!

🐾 Another Happy Stay at Raven’s K9 to 5! 🖤🐶

Indie just wrapped up her 10-day stay, and she was an absolute sweetheart! 🥰

She loved spending her days people-watching out the window, soaking everything in like the curious girl she is 👀🐾. When the weather was nice, she had a blast playing in our fully fenced backyard with our puppy—lots of zoomies and fun!

On the rainy days, we kept things just as fun indoors—working on her tricks and recall, and of course plenty of lounging on her comfy bed (and yes… sometimes wherever she claimed as her spot 😄🛏️).

This is exactly what I aim for with every stay—a calm, home-style environment where your pets feel safe, loved, and part of the family.

As winter tightens its grip, survival becomes a daily challenge for animals without shelter. In response, Hungary has launched a compassionate solution that blends smart design with empathy, warm, glass-enclosed tunnels that give stray dogs a safe place to escape the cold.

These illuminated walkways provide protection from snow, wind, and subzero conditions, offering dogs a chance to rest, move, and stay warm when outdoor temperatures become dangerous. Instead of forcing animals to endure harsh winters alone, this project recognizes that stray dogs are part of the community and deserve care.

The tunnels don’t just offer warmth, they offer dignity. They reduce the risk of hypothermia, illness, and winter fatalities, especially for older or injured dogs who are most vulnerable during cold months. It’s a reminder that small, thoughtful infrastructure can save lives.

This initiative is being praised by animal welfare advocates around the world as a model for humane urban planning. It shows what’s possible when compassion guides innovation, and how cities can protect their most vulnerable, even when they don’t have a voice.

🐾 New Client Spotlight 🐾

So excited to welcome another amazing pet family to the Raven’s K9 to 5 crew! 🐶🐱🐶🐱🐶🐱

I recently did a meet & greet with this sweet household of 3 dogs and 3 cats (yes… a full furry squad 😍). Smokey didn’t make it into the pictures, but I promise I met everyone and they were all absolute loves!

Their pet parent is currently recovering from knee surgery, and I’m honored she trusted me to help care for her crew while she heals. This is exactly why I do what I do, stepping in when families need extra support and making sure their pets stay happy, safe, and loved at home. 🏡❤️

I’ll be helping with potty breaks, feeding, playtime, and lots of cuddles while she focuses on getting better. 💪✨
