As the year comes to a close, we’re proud to reflect on the impact made across our communities, our teams and the families we serve.
This year, LDG Development closed 10 developments, creating more than 2,600 new homes nationwide.
We expanded into new markets, stabilized eight developments, welcomed more than 3,000 families into LDG communities and grew our workforce by 400+ employees.
Transitioned 19 developments from Winterwood to Solidago Residential Services, adding more than 70 team members, over 4,000 units and bringing more than 70% of the portfolio under Solidago operations.
Our construction partner, Xpert Design & Construction, delivered more than 3,000 units across 20 projects.
Beyond development, we deepened our community impact raising $1.2 million through the Rita June Foundation, opening our first permanent supportive housing development, Sheehan Landing, and continuing life-changing work at Arthur Street Hotel.
We also advanced education and workforce pathways through Bezos Academy, apprenticeship programs with Jefferson Community & Technical College, and the establishment of our first Executive Leadership Team.
We’re grateful for our partners, teammates and communities who make this work possible and we’re looking ahead with momentum as we continue building opportunity, stability and brighter futures.
