Per Governor Andy Beshear, Grooming is able to reopen, May 11th!!!! I am super excited! This is going to be an overwhelming time and there are a lot of doggies that need appointments ASAP but please be patient. To make this an easier process I’ve listed a few things below....
1. I’ll do everything in my ability without making myself completely overwhelmed to get your dog in as soon as I possibly can.
2. All clients who were forced to cancel will be contacted in the order in which they were cancelled. If you were not previously scheduled I will get to you once I have all others re scheduled.
3. I will NOT be able to give a time frame for completion and pickup. With extensive cleaning routines being put in place before and after each pet and with most pets being a little overgrown you can expect the process to take a bit longer. However, I promise I’m working at the quickest and safest speed possible.
4. Matting fees will be WAIVED! However, I will NOT de-Matt a dog that is severely matted at this time. It is a painful process and it’ll be shaved (as long as possible) it is hair and it will grow back.
5. No shows will have a fee in order to book another appointment. You will have a 15 window to be late before I will have to cancel the appointment all together.
6. Please be patient and understanding. I’ll get your fur baby scheduled on the very first appointment I have open.
