Room for rent at Churchill Downs April 1 -
Northrop Equine is consolidating work space at our office by Churchill Downs - We have 2 rooms for rent (one person per room) on Whitney Avenue - $1300 a month including utilities. Washer/ Dryer on location / Shared Bathroom / Kitchen / Living room - home is furnished except bedroom - Will need to provide own bed/mattress. Pets will be considered with additional monthly fee. Absolutely NO smoking in or on property.

This is a nice short, hands-on demonstration of a comfortable and correct body score for a thoroughbred sport horse. body score of a 5 is desirable and healthy.

FUN FACT for the day many of you associate Dr. Northrop with Thoroughbred Horse Racing - and of course our local equestrian community hear in Kentucky. What you may not know is Dr. Northrop spent a great deal of time and got much of his education with a renowned and legendary veterinarian named Dr. John Steele - this Veterinarian worked for clients like Michael Matz and Debbie Stevens back in their Show Jumping hay day - he also saw horses like Ian Millers Big Ben. Stay tuned to hear some more fun celebrities that Dr. Northrop has taken care of their horses for but until then we will give a shout out to the USA Show Jumping Team going to Paris 2024! !!
