📍🐱🐶 Fostered in the 'Ville is an awesome board hanging out at the Animal House Adoption Center. This board features some of the available dogs in foster care in Louisville. There are over 150 dogs and over 300 cats in foster care through Louisville Metro Animal Services !

We're tapping in this August for the Pure Tap 5k! 💧🚰 You can run or walk with your dog and support the homeless animals of Louisville. The dog registration fee is only $10, and all proceeds for to FOMAS to support Louisville Metro Animal Services . Dogs receive a special bandana for participating. We will be tabling at the event, so sign up and get some ⚜️FREE⚜️ FOMAS goodies such as pet food lids, collapsible water bowls, and much more!

It’s National Kitten Day! 🐱 🍼 Did you know cats are considered kittens until they are roughly a year old? What better way to talk about National Kitten Day than highlighting the Louisville Metro Animal Services Kitten Shower that took place in May!

The Kitten Shower is like a baby shower, but instead of kids, it’s kittens! Metro Animal Services hosts this event each year to raise awareness for neonatal kitten nurturing and fostering and fundraise for their care. Kittens, just like other babies, need more attention and care than when they are grown up. Kitten fostering is an essential support for MAS staff, because at the end of the day the more socialized these kittens are, the more likely they are to find their furever home!

We're having a Dinner Pawty fundraiser TOMORROW, June 10, from 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM at Panera. For this fundraiser, 25% of all sales will help FOMAS support community animals in the care of Louisville Metro Animal Services .

They always ask, "Who Let the Dogs Out," 🐾🏡 but they never ask, "Where to Let the Dogs Out." 📍We made a list of dog-friendly parks to take your pet to!

If you don't have a dog but want to hang out with one, consider participating in Louisville Metro Animal Services Field Trips. You can take a community dog to the park or on an advanture at the mall. Socailization is key to their overall health and wellbeing!
