We are a closed rabbitry. We do not allow visitors, in order to keep our family and rabbits safe
. If you are purchasing a rabbit, I will arrange to meet you in a public place. (only in Louisville, KY)
DEPOSIT AND PICKUP POLICY: If you would like to reserve a baby, you may make a deposit. I do require a deposit (half of the full price) to hold all rabbits. This deposit will go toward the total of your bunny. Remaining payments for rabbits are collected on pick up day. I will accept cash or Venmo only on pick up day. MY PRICES ARE FIRM. I WILL NOT NEGOTIATE THIS. (There may be occasional discounts given in certain circumstances)
If you are interested in a rabbit, a deposit is REQURED to hold the rabbit. If the deposit has not yet been sent and someone else is interested in the rabbit, as long as that person is willing to make a deposit first, they will receive the baby in question. I will text the day before AND the day of pickup. If you do not respond, I will NOT be there. Once confirmed, I will wait a max time of 30 minutes. If you can not make it on time, due to an emergency or unforseen circumstances, as long as you communicate with me I will try to work something out with you and arrange for pick up within the same week of the scheduled arrangement only. Otherwise all no contact/no shows will forfeit your sale and the rabbit in question will go the next interested party. All remaining rabbits without holds will be sold on a FCFS basis. If you make a deposit on a rabbit, and fail to keep open lines of communication or follow through with pickup on the scheduled day, your deposit will be kept and the rabbit in question will be sold to the next interested party. Your deposit is refundable if something happens to your baby while in our care. Your baby will come with a complete pedigree, transitional feed, adoption certificate, and if you are a new rabbit owner I will send home an information packet with helpful info. You will need your own carrier when picking up your bunny. RABBIT HEALTH POLICY: A rabbit will only be sold if it appears to be in good health. When a rabbit leaves our rabbitry, we are no longer responsible for their health or well-being. RABBIT SEXING POLICY: We can not 100% guarantee s*x. I will make an educated evaluation, and in the event that a rabbit's s*x is incorrect, you will be notified immediately. I will do my best to work with everyone, but incorrect s*x does not guarantee a refund for the customer. You may be offered another rabbit if this situation arises. NOTE: If we are not comfortable selling one of our babies to a specific party due to concerns for the rabbit's safety, any sale in question will be denied. I will NOT send any rabbits under 8 weeks home, under any circumstances. All rabbits will go home at 8+ weeks old. Finally, we hope you enjoy your new fluffy friend. We love updates!
