Sad story 😞🐾

It’s with a heavy heart that this beautiful girl (We’re calling Molly 11 pd Yorkie) has not been claimed by her owner. She ran our gravel road and fields for a week before I could catch her. In fear she would be eaten by coyotes, hit by a car or die of starvation and thirst, I had to trap her. She was running with another dog that you can see in the pictures. (We’re calling Mike-Intacked 17 pds male Maltipoo 🤷‍♀️) This poor guy stunk, matted all over his body to the point the shirt he had on, had to be cut off bc it was imbedded into his hair. He had to be shaved to the skin. I’ve been pulling ticks off them for days. Both seem to in good health besides being on the run for so long. I’m guessing the Yorkie is 2 and the Maltipoo is 4 yrs old.

Took them both to the local shelter, where no microchip was found nor was there a report of them missing. They posted pictures of them on their page hoping their owners would claim them. Now the stray hold has expired they belong to me; therefore, they’re available adoption. If you know me and familiar with my other rescues I’ve had over the years… you know I will be in search for a good home for both of them. They do not have to go together so if you or anyone you know might be interested in more information or coming for a visit to meet them, please reach out to me. Adoption fee will be a small fee at this time.

I’m wrapping up Aurora’s obedience & exposure side of her Service dog training. I’m so pleased with her progress and dedication to please her handler. I truly believe if you train right, you can build the dog’s desire to please you. Aurora is going to make a fantastic Service Dog for her owner. ♥️.

Aurora had a full day of real-world exposure today, and she handled it like a champ! 🐾✨
So many new sounds, sights, and surroundings — and she did amazing through it all. We’re so proud of her confidence and progress!👏🏼

This lil guy, Bleu, is wrapping up his 30 day stay and train program with me tomorrow. Let’s just say, he had no self control when he arrived…no one showed him he possessed the ability to control himself. I’m so proud how quickly he learned with the right guidance. 💙 Bleu, go home and be the best you can be! We’ll miss you. 😘

🎓 Congrats to our CGC Graduates! 🐾

Last Thursday these graduates were handed their Canine Good Citizen titles — this is such an exciting accomplishment! 👏🏼🐶
