OWNER FOUND!!

Local friends, a very kind man brought in this yorkie dog that was found on the road of E Main Street in Loudonville at 6:00am this morning that has been assumed to have been hit by a car. He is currently at our clinic and is still alive in poor condition, but we are choosing not to share a better picture as he has other physical health conditions not related to what happened this morning that may not be appropriate to share. Here is his collar. He is not microchipped.

If you live locally in Loudonville, and can help find the owner we’d greatly appreciate it!

COURTESY POST!! LOST PET!

Some time last night, Dottie, managed to get out of her home here in Loudonville. She’s black in color, female, just over a year old. She has yellow/green eyes, got some white toe beans on her back paws but not her front paws, and a little white spot on her chest and one on her belly. She’s very sweet and social with a very mild temperament, but she does not like being held/restrained. She does have a collar (red, seen better days, paw shaped sparkly pendant) with her owners name and phone number.

If you think you’ve seen her, please call 380-212-8146!

😾🐱 Is your cat stressed out? Scratching furniture, hiding, or having accidents outside the litter box?

✨ Feliway Spray might be the solution! ✨

Feliway mimics natural feline facial pheromones—basically, the “happy signals” cats use to mark safe spaces. A few spritzes in your cat’s carrier, favorite bed, or around stressful areas (like the vet trip zone!) can help your cat feel calm, safe, and secure.

✅ Great for travel
✅ Eases stress during vet visits or new environments
✅ Helps reduce marking and scratching

Ask us how to use it and if it’s right for your cat! 🐾💜

What a great surprise at the end of a very busy day!!

This is Reese who came in today with cupcakes to thank us for all we did for his brother Milk Dud AKA “Dudley”. Even though we couldn't save him, he will always be remembered .... He had to make sure and inspect them first!🩺❤️

Nymph Ticks are tiny but Dangerous!

Did you know?
The nymph stage is when ticks are most likely to spread disease — and they’re no bigger than a poppy seed! 😱

These tiny threats are active in late spring and early summer, and they can carry serious diseases like Lyme disease, Anaplasmosis, and more. Since January we’ve diagnosed over 100 dogs with a tick borne disease!

✅ Prevention Tips:
✔️ Use VET-APPROVED flea & tick preventatives year-round. We have 1 month and 3 month chews for dogs (animal must be established), and a 1 month topical (does not have to be established). We have 1 month and 2 month topicals (must be established) for cats.
✔️ Check your pet (and yourself!) daily after walks or time outside
✔️ Avoid tall grasses and wooded areas when possible
✔️ Keep your yard tidy and use pet-safe tick control treatments

🩺 Need help choosing the right tick prevention? Our team is here to help!
📞 Call or text 419-994-5515 to protect your pets this season.

🐾 Stay safe, stay tick-free!
