Unfortunately this year has shown me that here at DYEing to be Different, new policies need to be in place to stand by our groomers and to better offer people our services. Our new policy agreement will come out and be in place as of August 10th. It will cover our exisiting policies and we will also be adding new drop-off/pick-up policies and dog sitting fees related to. A new no show and cancelation policy will be implemented as well as changing to card or EXACT change only! New and existing clients will need to sign the new agreement before having any services rendered by our team! Along with signing our new policy we will need proof again of vaccinations regardless if you have presented them already and have been here before. We will also have a slight price increase come August 10th as well so that we may provide more product options for shampoos and accessories! Any questions regarding the new policy agreement and price increase integration please don't hesitate to reach out to our groomers we would be more than willing to answer any questions you might have ! 🐶♥️
