I spent this past week in the mountains of Mallorca on a transformative leadership masterclass.

I learned that leadership is so layered. It’s regularly looking inward and understanding how to show up in service for the greater good of the people you lead.

I realized how much I am pushing things in my life to get to the next level and it’s not serving me. Chasing instead of attracting. Forcing instead of allowing.

Who knew that it’s equally important to surrender, flow, and release…? The balance of both is what manifests. ✨

Excited/nervous to see how I apply all I learned into my life.

A few years ago I saw a video of a groomer floofing the top of a nose on a dog which created the cutest round face.

It was a technique that made so much sense and immediately started applying it and teaching it.
