818 Reptiles guarantees live arrival as long as someone is home at the time of delivery to receive shipment. We can not guarantee live arrival in extreme temps, we may need to hold off the shipment until suitable weather presents itself. We must be informed of a DOA within 4 hours of the arrival time and proof of death may be required. We guarantee s*x, genetics, and that the animal is eating and

healthy for 7 days from time of delivery. If something were to happen in those first 7 days that was not caused by negligence, we will refund your money within 48 hrs or give you credit towards another available animal.
