Holy pumpkin patch! 🎃🐈‍⬛ Our latest delivery of World’s Best Cat Litter came dressed for the season 🧡🥰and naturally, we had to build a pumpkin patch around it!

The cats took charge of inspections: weaving through pumpkins, peeking into bags, and making sure every photo had at least one supervisor. Some were more cooperative than others. Everyone was very cute. 🧡
With more than 300 cats across our sanctuaries, great litter is a BIG deal—and so is the generosity that keeps it coming. Thank you, World’s Best Cat Litter, for donating the high-quality litter our cats use and love every day. Your support makes an enormous difference in their care, long after the pumpkins are packed away.🙌🧡

All treats, no tricks. And a whole lot of gratitude. 🎃🐾

🤗Finn, Bella, Lulu, Boots, and Jasper checked their schedules🤓, and then Google mapped🗺️ it just to be doubly sure and decided it would be easier if we just met at PetSmart, Sherman Oaks, tomorrow afternoon. You know how it gets with various engagements and classes, etc, etc, but that’s life, baby! So if you’re seriously committed to hanging out tomorrow, then stop by for a group hang, because at this age, it’s the only way…don’t be late!⏰

Smilin’ Joe 😬is worried that you’re going to get all excited about Halloween 🎃and forget all about our weekend adoptions events…nonsense, we told him! But if it’s at all possible, could you help us reassure him and swing by Tail Town, Pasadena (tailtown.cats), this weekend? Or if you’ve got a packed schedule, we’ve also got some of his friends over at PetSmart, Canoga Park (), PetSmart, Sherman Oaks, Perry’s Place, NoHo, as well as our sanctuary over in Atwater Village🏡 the weekend is packed, but so are our adoption events with cats and kittens of all ages, you’ll show up for the kitties, won’t you? 🥺

This splendid kitten is Dabby, who despite being blind (literally—no eyes) seems to “see”! 🙀We don’t know what happened to him because he was missing his eyes from the time he arrived at the city shelter.
Dabby is ready to join the mix with a loving family who will dote on him, love him and keep him safe. 🙏
Dabby’s personal wish list for adoption is to have a Kitten/Cat Friend at his forever home. 🐱🐱To meet Dabby, visit Perry’s Place at 7342 Fulton Street in North Hollywood during adoption hours on Saturday or Sunday from 12-4 pm.

🧡🐾 This Help Us Clear a Shelter! 🐾🧡

On December 1, Kitten Rescue is taking on an ambitious goal: clearing Harbor Animal Shelter of all available cats! We want every cat, whether young or old, healthy or sick, friendly or feral, to have a chance at a better life.

And we need YOUR help to make it happen! 🐱

🏡 Can you open your home to a cat in need? Sign up to foster and help us bring shelter cats home for the holidays. Fostering saves lives, opens up space at the shelter, and gives cats the comfort and care they deserve while they wait for their forever families.

You don’t have to foster forever to make a forever difference. ❤️

✨ Sign up to foster today! Scan the QR code on the slide or click here: https://www.shelterluv.com/matchme/foster/KRLA/Cat

Let’s make this GivingTuesday a lifesaving one. Together, we can help clear a shelter and give every cat a chance.

This is ALVIN, our beloved senior kitty who came to Perry’s Place after his human passed away. Alvin was loved and doted on by staff, volunteers and his devoted foster mom who honored his recent passing at age 15 1/2. BILLY, the black and white kitty, brought comedy, fun and joys to our FELV Suite at the Atwater Village sanctuary, and is still loved, remembered —and missed. Some paw prints never fade. 🧡🐾
Today, October 27, we are inspired by the Mexican tradition of Día de Mu***os, when beloved pets who have passed are remembered and welcomed home in spirit.
🌺❤️At Kitten Rescue, we hold so many little lives in our hearts. The cats who found families and filled their homes with love. Those who found their family with us. And those whose time was far too short, but who were loved every moment we could give them.
Today, we honor them all—and the beloved animals you are missing, too.
A photograph, a favorite toy, a bowl of water, a few flowers: a small offering can hold a lifetime of love and connection.
Please share the name of an animal you’re remembering in the comments. 👇👇Tell us a little about them, if you’d like.
Let’s fill this space with their names and the love they left behind. 🧡🙌❤️💐🌸
