TAWA Compost began during the COVID-19 pandemic, not as a business but as a heartfelt response to a food crisis. While families struggled to find food, we saw thousands of pounds being thrown away. Determined to make a difference, we rescued and donated edible food, composted inedible food to create nutrient-rich soil
