Many holiday foods are toxic to dogs and cats. Here’s what to AVOID:

❌ TOXIC FOODS:
• Chocolate
• Grapes & Raisins
• Onions & Garlic
• Cooked Bones
• Xylitol/Artificial Sweeteners
• Alcohol & Caffeine
• Avocado
• Macadamia Nuts

⚠️ FOODS THAT CAUSE PANCREATITIS:
Pancreatitis is a serious inflammation of the pancreas. These foods are major triggers:
• Fatty meats & turkey skin
• Fatty table scraps & gravy
• Butter
• Fried foods
• Fatty cuts of meat and trimmings
• Rich, creamy dishes

Pancreatitis symptoms include vomiting, abdominal pain, lethargy, and loss of appetite. It can be life-threatening, so prevention is key!

✅ SAFE ALTERNATIVES:
Plain cooked turkey (no skin or bones), carrots, green beans, and sweet potatoes in small amounts are safe treats.

💡 When in doubt, ask us! Your pets’ safety is our priority.

Wishing you and your furry family a wonderful Thanksgiving! 🧡
