We’re reaching out to let you know that our clinic is currently transitioning to a new software system to better serve you and streamline our operations. This upgrade will help us manage appointments, medical records, and communication more efficiently in the long run.

Dear Valued Clients,
In observance of Memorial Day, our office will be closed on Monday, May 26th. We will reopen with normal business hours on Tuesday, May 27th.
As the holiday approaches, we kindly remind you to check your pet’s supply of medications and prescription food. If you are running low, please contact us as soon as possible to place a refill request. Timely ordering will help ensure there are no interruptions in your pet’s care.
Please note:
Medication refill requests should be submitted no later than Thursday May 22nd, to allow for processing and delivery before the holiday.
Prescription food orders placed now will not arrive until the first week of June, due to supplier holiday delays.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Wishing you and your family a safe and peaceful Memorial Day.

As summer approaches and travel plans begin to take shape, we want to remind you to plan ahead for your pet’s care to ensure a safe and stress-free season for everyone—furry family members included!
If you’re traveling without your pet:
Please be sure to leave an Emergency Authorization Form with your pet sitter or boarding facility. This form gives us permission to treat your pet in your absence if an urgent medical issue arises. If you need a copy of the form or assistance filling it out, just let us know—we’re happy to help.
If your pet is joining you on your travels:
Many destinations require health certificates or specific vaccinations for entry. These documents often must be issued within a certain timeframe before travel, so we encourage you to contact us as early as possible to schedule an appointment and gather any necessary paperwork.
Summer is one of our busiest times of year, and appointment slots can fill up quickly. Planning early helps us ensure we can accommodate your needs and keep your pet healthy and ready for adventure (or relaxation at home).
