🐾 As our busy season approaches, we wanted to kindly revisit a few expectations regarding how we operate our facility.

For the safety, comfort, and stress levels of our four-legged guests, dog owners are not permitted inside the facility during regular drop offs and pickups. Please do not attempt to enter or push your way inside to see how things are set up or operated. We are absolutely not hiding anything — our goal is simply to maintain a calm, safe environment for the dogs in our care.

We do have 13 windows around the facility that allow you to view our setup and see where your pups spend their time. We also offer meet & greets, which are scheduled on slower days when we can better accommodate them. During those visits, there may be opportunities to step into certain areas inside depending on the number of dogs present and their temperaments at the time.

If you have concerns about your dog’s upcoming stay, please do not wait until your scheduled drop off time to try and squeeze in a meet & greet. We are happy to arrange one ahead of time whenever possible.

We truly appreciate all of our wonderful clients and your understanding. While we always do our best to accommodate our human customers, our highest priority will always be the safety, comfort, and well-being of the dogs entrusted to our care. 🐶❤️
