Truly can’t thank each of you enough! Being fully transparent, it has gotten increasingly difficult to keep up now that we have people + pets with all of the same names 🀣 It is a major blessing to be in this situation but the online gig is definitely going to help smooth out all of the kinks once fully implemented.

We will be putting up a how-to guide and a video over the weekend, as well **

We are excited to announce a new booking system that we will be implementing beginning, today, July 24th. We will need our clients to create an account & profiles for their dogs. Once an account is created you will be able to search for Wagger Watchers Bed & Barkfast and connect with us. There you will easily be able to select dates needed to board & we will accept the requested dates on our end.
Our boarding contract will be available to sign online, as well as, being able to upload your dog’s vaccination records.
This is going to keep everything extremely organized & accurate.

This will not change how we communicate with customers or how we operate in general. Payment method will still be the same. Our crew will still text back and forth with pictures, etc. We also are here for any questions you may have but this will allow us to manage our books much easier. As we have grown, it is becoming increasingly difficult to keep up with all of our new clients and bookings so this is going to simplify things.
