🇺🇸 4th of July Pet Safety Tips 🇺🇸

Fireworks can be exciting for us—but frightening for our pets! Help keep them safe this Independence Day:

•If your pet has anxiety, don’t wait until the last minute. Contact us now to discuss medications or calming options before the holiday.

•Make sure your pet is wearing a collar with current ID tags and that their microchip information is up to date.

•Keep pets indoors in a quiet, secure room with the TV, radio, or a fan on to help mask fireworks.

•Keep doors, gates, and windows securely closed. Many pets panic and try to escape during fireworks.

•Keep holiday foods, alcohol, chocolate, grapes, onions, and xylitol-containing products out of reach.

•Never bring pets to fireworks displays. The loud noises and crowds can be overwhelming.
