Do not call my shop and cuss my employees over a dog that you did not brush. We see your dog wants every 2 to 6 months you see your dog every day. It is your dog your responsibility to keep its hair brushed and to keep it healthy not mine my job is to cut its hair or give it a bath. I'm tired of the entitlement out there I am tired of people not taking care of their animals and bitching at me when I have to shave it because they don't like it well guess what I don't like seeing these dogs not being taken care of but I don't b**** at you when you bring it like that

As many of you know my dad has been diagnosed with stomach and esophageal cancer. I've been out alot with him and my mom. The shop will remain open. As normal this time of year we are booking several weeks out. We ask that if you can not keep your appt. You call and cancel it. We have had too many no show no calls so...there will now be a $20 charge on your 2nd no show and full groom price on your 3rd. Our income is based on how hard we work if we dont have dogs to groom we dont make money period.
